Monitoring Manager (night shifts)

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications and regulatory technologies. 

We are looking for a Monitoring Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

- Understanding of the basics of search engines;
- Ability to search for necessary information on different GEO;
- Basic knowledge of Google docs/sheets, Google Analytics.

Will be plus:

- English language skills

Responsibilities:

- Collection and processing of data in areas requiring monitoring.
- Prompt submission of complaints when violations are identified.
- Interaction with platforms/support regarding complaint review processes.
- Analysis of identified violations and their classification by type and priority.
- Interaction with platforms/support regarding complaint review processes. (duplicate in original text)
- Tracking the effectiveness of submitted complaints and their outcomes.
- Maintaining and updating an internal database of websites.
- Researching new methods for submitting complaints.
