    As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for the Payment project — an out-of-the-box cashier solution for the business, giving a flexible payment and reporting tool with one single API integration.
     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint refinements and plannings, reviews and retrospectives
    • Coach the development teams to practice agile principles of collaboration, visibility, prioritization and self-organization
    • Establish workflows and processes by recommending improvements and changes to best practice
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks, obstacles, and distractions before they impact delivery or prevent the team from meeting sprint goals
    • Encourage communication and effective collaboration, facilitate discussions and conflict resolution

    • Experience working closely with development teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth delivery
