Although the role is focused on data migration, it is not in the traditional analytics or data science sense. The work involves migrating customer data into an application rather than into a data lake or data warehouse for analytical use. This won't be boring. Please note that this is a full-time on-site position in our Lviv office.
 

What We’re Looking For 

• Solid understanding of software testing principles, including testing methodologies, techniques, and types of testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset — ability to identify issues, think critically, and provide data-driven insights.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications, ensuring quality across different browsers and environments.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product testing, covering both functional and non-functional aspects.
• Proficiency in requirements analysis and validation, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
• Practical experience using JIRA (or similar tools) for test case management, defect tracking, and collaboration.
• Excellent self-organization and attention to detail, with the ability to independently deep dive into complex systems and processes.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• QA certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent, demonstrating formal testing knowledge and best practices.
• Experience testing enterprise systems with hierarchical user structures, including admin portals for managing roles, users, and permissions.
• Familiarity with systems involving complex data mapping or integrations with third-party platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute functional and UI testing to ensure software quality across different platforms and browsers.
• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and test reports.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Developers, Product Managers, and Designers — to ensure shared understanding of requirements and deliverables.
• Participate in requirements review and clarification sessions, identifying gaps, ambiguities, or potential risks early in the development cycle.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA), ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Validate implemented features and verify bug fixes, maintaining high confidence in product stability and performance.

We are looking for a talented UX Designer/Researcher fluent in English and Polish who will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our mobile banking application.

You will work across the full UX process — from research and ideation to testing and delivery — ensuring that every design decision is backed by user insights and aligned with business goals.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, and Developers to create intuitive and engaging experiences for our users.

WHAT WE NEED:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer
• Strong Portfolio of commercial products
• Strong experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Fluent Polish and English speaker (essential for user interviews and testing)
• Experience designing mobile applications (preferably fintech, banking, or similar)
• Proficiency with Figma and UX research tools (e.g., Maze, Useberry)
• Ability to structure insights and present research findings clearly
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience working on financial or banking products
• Understanding of Polish financial and regulatory landscape
• Experience with UI design and creating high-fidelity prototypes
• Familiarity with Design Thinking, Double Diamond, and Lean UX frameworks
• Experience in quantitative research or A/B testing
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar, Amplitude)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, diary studies, etc.) in Polish
• Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights and user needs Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction concepts for mobile banking features
• Conduct usability tests and iterate based on feedback and data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Development, Marketing)
• Ensure UX consistency across iOS and Android platforms
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to our UX standards and design system
• Translate research insights into design recommendations and product improvements
