    We’re looking for a PM + QA in one person: someone who can own quality and delivery end-to-end.
    Important: You will be the first QA in our team - meaning you’ll build the QA + release workflow from scratch (the way you believe it should be).

    What you’ll do (QA):

    • Own manual QA for mobile + web: smoke, regression, exploratory testing
    • Build and maintain the system: test strategy, checklists, test cases, release gates
    • Turn requirements into acceptance criteria and a clear Definition of Done
    • Write strong bug reports (steps, expected vs actual, evidence) and verify fixes
    • Keep releases stable as we ship fast

     

    What you’ll do (PM / Scrum)

    • Create and manage epics / stories / tasks
    • Maintain the board: priorities, statuses, dependencies, deadlines
    • Run lightweight delivery routines (planning, short syncs, retro when needed)
