Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new affiliates and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard high-quality affiliates
• Manage and grow affiliate partnerships across PPC, Facebook, and ASO channels
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results and quality
• Work closely with internal teams to align on campaign strategy and execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within iGaming
• Hands-on experience working with affiliate programs and networks
• Experience with platforms such as Soft-to-Bet, SoftSwiss, T3 is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and affiliate traffic
• Excellent English communication skills (Russian or Ukrainian is a plus)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns across CPA networks
• Attract and onboard new affiliates from your own network and database
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and traffic sources
• Monitor campaign performance and quality on a daily basis
• Analyze key metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Management)
• Prepare reports and ensure proper campaign tracking

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing (CPA)
• Proven experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets
• Strong network of affiliates is a must
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and campaign optimization
• Strong English communication skills (Russian or Ukrainian is a plus)
• Experience with tools such as Office, Notion or similar
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Willingness to attend industry conferences when required
