VIP Retention Lead

VIP Retention Lead | iGaming (Casino & Sports) | GEO: India 🇮🇳

We're looking for a VIP Retention Lead to build a systematic VIP retention strategy for an iGaming product covering Casino & Sports, focused on India.

You'll own the full CRM side of VIP: segmentation, personalized mechanics, churn prevention and lifecycle management. You'll work directly with the Head of CVM.

What you'll do

• Develop and own the VIP Retention strategy
• Segment VIP players by tier, behaviour, lifecycle and Sports / Casino preferences
• Design personalized offers, bonuses and retention mechanics
•  Build churn alerts, retention and reactivation flows
• Launch and optimize CRM campaigns and journeys in Smartico
•  Analyze Retention, Churn, LTV, GGR/NGR and bonus economics
•  Run campaign post-analysis with control groups

• Develop Pre-VIP and cross-vertical retention mechanics

   

What we're looking for

-4+ years in CRM / Retention in iGaming
-Proven experience with VIP / High-Value players
-Track record of building retention mechanics and lifecycle strategies independently
 -Strong hands-on CRM experience (Smartico is a big plus ⭐)
-Solid analytics: LTV, Churn, control groups, bonus economics
-Experience across both Casino and Sports
-Working-level English
-Good understanding of Responsible Gaming principles
