Responsibilities:

• Full support of Ukrainian FOP (Group 3): registration/closure, KVED changes, contracts, invoicing, taxes and reporting;
• Administration and accounting support of Polish JDG: registration/closure, PKD changes, contracts, invoicing, taxes and reporting;
• Monitoring tax payments, reporting deadlines and documentation;
• Communication with FOP/JDG owners, accountants, banks and relevant authorities;
• Providing consultations on tax, accounting and administrative matters;
• Working with Polish banking and accounting systems;

• Maintaining financial records in Excel and Google Sheets.

   

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience working as an accountant in a similar area/role;
• Experience in accounting / tax administration of FOP/JDG;
• Knowledge of Polish taxation: Ryczałt, ZUS, PIT, VAT;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian FOP taxation, Group 3 Unified Tax;
• Experience with Polish banking and accounting software;
• Polish — B1–B2; English — Intermediate;
• Excel / Google Sheets — above average;
• Strong attention to detail, organization and responsibility;

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines;
