    We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who is interested in solving non-trivial problems, working with modern stacks, and diving into AI. This is not a story about typical tasks β€” it’s about impact, complex challenges, and lots of interaction with the team. You will take ownership of internal initiatives aimed at boosting productivity, automation, and cross-team collaboration.     We are looking for our future team member in Lviv, as we have meetings at a coworking space. We also regularly organize online and offline meetings with the entire team to keep in touch, even during remote work.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 1+ years of commercial experience with React and Node.js β€” you are already confident in the full stack.
    • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript β€” most of our solutions are built on this.
    • Working with databases: both SQL and NoSQL β€” with an understanding of where and what is best to use.
    • Understanding of Clean Architecture and DDD principles β€” it is important to us that solutions are not only β€œworking” but also sustainable in the long term.
    • Teamwork, initiative, and responsibility β€” we do not micromanage, so your independence matters.
    • Experience integrating with AI services via API (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc).
    • Fluency in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+) β€” because communicating with customers is part of the job.

    • Experience working with AI tools to optimize work β€” Cline/Cursor/Windsurf etc.
    • Experience working with LLM, prompt engineering skills.
    • Experience with Python.
