• Git and Linux experience
• English at B1 level or higher

Now we are expanding our Retention team and looking for a CRM Tech Manager who will take ownership of the technical side of our email operations and ensure stable email deliverability.

This role is not about writing copy or designing emails — the focus is on email deliverability, sending infrastructure, domain and IP reputation, working with mailbox providers and ESPs.

🧩 What you'll do:

— Design email sending architecture: separate marketing and transactional emails, configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and work with domains and IPs;

— Experience working with restricted verticals: casino, betting, crypto, dating, finance;

— Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC;

— Experience with domain and IP warming and dedicated/shared pools;

— Hands-on experience with Google Postmaster, Mail.ru, and Microsoft SNDS;

— Understanding of one-click unsubscribe principles and sender requirements;

— Experience with Customer.io or another ESP is a plus;

— Experience building an email deliverability function from scratch is a strong plus;

— Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently identify the root causes of deliverability issues.

✳️ What we offer:

— Competitive compensation, regularly reviewed based on your professional growth and contribution to the team’s results;

— Fully remote work with a flexible start to the working day — we focus on results, not hours logged;

— Work-life balance: paid vacation, sick leave, public holidays, and the option to take additional days off;

— A strong team and an experienced manager who will help you grow, develop, and strengthen your professional skills;

— An environment with growth opportunities even for strong senior-level specialists.

• We build a team where everyone is engaged in the overall result and understands the value of their work;

Forest AI

## Start: ASAP

Full time preferred, four days works, three is possible. Freelance, permanent or B2B: your choice (freelance day rate discussed separately).

The best developers are now part product manager and part project manager of their own army of AI coding agents. Their job is making sure those agents deliver what the business actually needs, not just what someone wrote in a ticket. In that world the bottleneck isn't producing correct code. It's understanding the business and communicating clearly.

We work Claude Code first. If you don't believe in delivering that way, this isn't the right fit.

## About Forest AI

Forest AI helps companies become benchmark-driven in how they build AI agents. AI agent development demands an order of magnitude more testing before release than traditional deterministic software. We build the automated evaluation and testing layer that makes testing at that volume practical, so our customers can put AI into production in places where being wrong is expensive.

## What you'll actually work on

Your first engagement is with a German insurance venture (name shared in conversation) building an AI-driven B2C insurance value chain, quote, consult and purchase, all AI-driven, going live. There is a second track automating their internal insurance operations. It runs like a startup: decisions in-house, no corporate approval loops, ideas become working software the same day.

## The role

100% hands-on. You take a vague business need, turn it into a system that works, and keep it working, owning the why, the build and the test without depending on someone else for the biggest chunk of it.

• - Pick up signal fast. Hear one sentence mid-meeting, recognise it carries real information about what the business needs, work out what the speaker actually wants, and go deliver it.

  - Own outcomes to completion. We drop you into a project, say "automate this manual customer workflow," and three months later it just works, without anyone directing every detail.

  - Own customer satisfaction. If the customer doesn't see the ROI, the software gets thrown out. Everyone here writes down why a feature matters to the customer. Sometimes that lands in a presentation. When it doesn't, it lands in the commit message.

  - Push the business for clarity. Press for decisions where the right AI behaviour can't be intuited, or where the data to decide it doesn't exist yet.

## How we build

TypeScript end to end. Next.js and React on the front, Postgres on Supabase, AWS underneath, an agent framework (we use Mastra, any comparable one is fine), and Langfuse for tracing and evaluation.

Claude Code is the primary build tool, not an accessory. That's the part we care about most.

The specific tools matter far less than how quickly you become productive with them. If you've shipped serious software in another stack and you steer AI agents well, you're in scope.

## What we're looking for

•
  - Based in Estonia.

  - Several years building and running production software real customers depend on: APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and the operational reality of keeping them up.

  - A track record of owning a customer-facing build from zero to production, ideally more than once.

  - AI-native, hard requirement. Claude Code or Codex as your daily driver.

  - Roughly a year of real, hands-on exposure to building LLM-based features in production. Nobody has five years of it. Claiming so is a red flag.

  - Strong discipline around automated testing, CI/CD and monitoring. Evaluation and testing are our product, so this matters more here than in most places.

  - Real customer-facing time: consulting, forward deployed engineering, founding your own company, or an in-house role where you sat with the business. You've run requirements conversations and can separate the requests that genuinely drive return from the wishes and curiosities that arrive alongside them.

  - Pragmatic, solutions-first. No "not in my ticket" reflexes.

  - Working language is English. German is a plus, not a requirement. A significant share of the data you'll work with is in German.

## Process

1. short intro call.
2. call with CTO

About the role:
MediDrive is a US-based non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) platform. We're a fast-growing early-stage startup, so things move quickly and the structure is still being built.
You'll own the flow of incoming requests from our US operations team and our AI tooling into the development team. You decide what's real, what matters, and what gets built, turn the keepers into clear tickets, and are the single point of contact for the people raising requests. If you're energized by bringing order to a busy, ambiguous pipeline rather than stepping into a ready-made one, you'll thrive here.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the system deeply and fast. This comes first: you need to study the platform until you can judge requests and make calls on your own, without escalating routine decisions.
• Maintain clear documentation, including diagrams.
• Own the intake pipeline: every request from operations and from our AI tooling passes through you before it reaches a developer.
• Triage and prioritize independently: you'll receive a high volume of requests and the team can't work on everything, so you decide what's a real issue, what to merge, and what to reject, on your own judgment.
• Evaluate AI-generated tickets critically: a large share of requests come from AI tools. You separate genuine defects from noise, rewrite the real ones into proper tickets, and feed problems back to improve the tooling rather than dismissing it.
• Break vague, high-level problems into clear, actionable work: user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, split into FE / BE / QA.
• Oversee implementation and hold quality control through the development lifecycle.
• Be the communication bridge between the US operations team and the technical team (BE / FE / QA) at every stage.

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Business Analyst in IT with international / American companies.
• Strong written and verbal English (C1+): daily communication with the US office.
• Decisive and comfortable saying no: able to close or reject requests on your own judgment without escalating every call.
• Open-minded and comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, high request volume, and a fast pace.
• Proactive, self-directed, and reliable across multiple workstreams.
• Strong ability to gather, structure, and document complex business requirements.
