We’re searching for a Product Design Lead to join a blockchain company. This is a long-term opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design: research, wireframing, high-fidelity prototypes, and testing for Web3 products.
• Simplify complex Web3 interactions while integrating AI features (AI agents, generative UI, intelligent flows, personalization).
• Champion AI adoption in both product experiences and internal design processes.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system.

• Mentor the design team and drive cross-functional collaboration.

   

About you:

• 4+ years of professional UI/UX experience, with experience in Web3/blockchain products.
• Expert in Figma and modern design tools.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Genuine passion for Web3 and AI.
• Deep practical knowledge of AI and its applications in product design and company workflows (personalization, generative AI, ethical AI, AI agents).
