The Role
We are looking for a motivated, English-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our remote team full time. This is a high-volume outbound cold calling role. You will be reaching out to potential business customers in the US market, introducing them to Symbo, and booking discovery calls or demos for our closing team.

What You Will Do

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective US business customers daily
  • Introduce Symbo's platform clearly and confidently to decision makers
  • Qualify leads and book meetings or demos for the sales team
  • Follow up with prospects via email and messaging
  • Keep your CRM updated with accurate notes and activity
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly call and meeting targets

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong spoken and written English โ€” this is a firm requirement for this role
  • Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or BDR/SDR roles
  • Comfortable making 100+ calls per day and working long, focused calling sessions
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and a quiet place to work
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales dialers is a plus but not required
