You will be responsible for evaluating PSP opportunities, negotiating terms, managing integrations, and continuously improving approval rates and processing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Partner Sourcing
- Research local payment methods and market trends in SEA
- Identify and evaluate new PSPs (e-wallets, local banks, aggregators, crypto)
- Conduct competitive analysis on methods, pricing, approval rates, and features
Relationship Management & Negotiations
- Lead negotiations with PSPs: commercial terms, SLAs, reserves, fees
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on onboarding (KYC/KYB)
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with payment providers
Integration Oversight
- Coordinate PSP integrations with internal tech teams
