What you'll be doing

• Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with budgets of $100,000/month and up;

We are looking for an experienced Media Buying Team Lead to join our team and take ownership of performance marketing operations across Tier-1 European markets.

You will initially lead the media buying function at the Team Lead level, with a clear opportunity to grow into the Head of Media Buying role as the team, budgets, and acquisition operations scale.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Lead the day-to-day work of the Media Buying team, including priorities, performance, workload, and campaign execution;

About the product

We’re building Rendi, a mobile app for language learning. The core idea is that the lessons are connected into a single story with recurring characters: the main character, a little star named Rendi, finds herself in a world of differently shaped figures, where she has to learn their language and understand how they live. The learning experience is structured like a text-based visual novel: every grammar or vocabulary topic emerges from Rendi’s interactions with the characters. The lessons combine explanations, exercises, and practice, including AI-powered activities.

What we’re promoting

We are launching paid user acquisition for Rendi. The main channels are Meta (Instagram / Facebook) and TikTok, followed by Google and Apple Search Ads. The goal is app installs and waitlist sign-ups in European markets, primarily among expats. We discuss the creatives (UGC videos, static ads) together and produce them in-house.

What you’ll do

• Set up and manage advertising campaigns in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (later - Google / Apple Search Ads)
• Build and test combinations of audiences, creatives, and offers
• Run campaigns for app installs, waitlist sign-ups, and leads
• Run A/B tests, scale what works, and cut what doesn’t

We are a small international technology group with entities in the Czech Republic and the EU, a distributed team and two offices. We are looking for one reliable, hands-on person to own our day-to-day finance and payroll operations end to end.

This is not a role in a large finance department. You will be the single point of contact for accounting, payments and compensation admin, working directly with the founder and with external accounting firms in two jurisdictions. Autonomy, accuracy and discretion matter more than formal seniority.

What you will do

• Compensation administration — maintain the compensation register for employees and contractors across several countries: monthly amounts, changes, bonuses, leave and absence records, contract renewals.
• Czech bookkeeping — run day-to-day accounting for the Czech entity: collecting and coding invoices and receipts, VAT and statutory filing deadlines, liaison with the tax advisor, month- and year-end preparation.
• Coordination with foreign accountants — act as the interface to our external accounting provider in another EU country: send documentation on schedule, answer their queries, check what they deliver, keep both sets of books consistent.
• Payment preparation — enter payment batches (payroll and contractor payments) in online banking for two entities, prepare them for the director's approval, track execution and reconcile.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in accounting, payroll or finance administration, ideally in a small company or an accounting firm serving small clients.
• Working knowledge of Czech accounting and payroll rules (VAT, payroll levies, filing deadlines). You do not need to be a certified tax advisor — we have one — but you must know what has to happen and when.
• Comfortable with cross-border work: several entities, several currencies, contractors in different countries.
• Confident with online banking, spreadsheets and cloud accounting tools; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Czech, Ukrainian and English at a level that lets you speak with a Czech accountant, a Ukrainian contractor and an English-speaking manager on the same day.

Why this role exists:

This role exists to ensure the technical reliability of our Engagement-CRM platform for B2B operators. You’ll help us maintain high service quality by performing initial request reviews, diagnosing technical issues using logs and admin panels, and guiding clients on correct system configurations using ready-made runbooks.
 

What you’ll drive:

B2B Core Operations & Engagement-CRM Handling

• Process incoming tickets: Receive and review requests from operators' teams regarding incorrect behavior or issues in the Engagement-CRM system.
• Verify system data: Check user data, activity statuses, campaign parameters, and system details in the platform's internal admin panel.
• Advise support lines: Guide related support teams and operators on standard configuration settings within Engagement-CRM.

Initial Troubleshooting & Escalation

• Isolate incidents: Search logging systems (Kibana/OpenSearch) using ready patterns (such as user ID or activity ID) to find root causes.
• Inspect frontend & delivery: Use Browser DevTools (Network and Console tabs) to identify user-side errors and verify notification delivery statuses across internal and external panels.
