✅ЗП: ставка 70 000 грн + % від продажів відділу + % від особистих продажів. Можна виходити на загальну суму заробітної плати від 100К гривень з 2−3 місяця роботи.

🧩 Ваші завдання:

✅Розробка і затвердження з Керівництвом компанії стратегічного плану розвитку відділу продажів.

✅Керування відділом продажів: найм, навчання, мотивація і оцінка роботи співробітників, проведення зборів.

✅Відстеження змін на ринку, а також діяльності конкурентів.

✅Своєчасна обробка вхідних заявок від усіх клієнтів з усіх каналів продажів.

✅Прийом вхідних та здійснення вихідних дзвінків клієнтам для кваліфікації ліда.

✅Проведення зустрічей з клієнтами з метою проведення презентації компанії, її продуктів та послуг. При необхідності підключення до зустрічі з клієнтом технічного спеціаліста по відповідному продукту (для проведення аудиту).

✅Підписання договорів про співпрацю з новими клієнтами. Закриття клієнтів на угоду. Виставлення рахунків та контроль оплат від клієнтів.

✅Підтримка позитивних відносини з клієнтами та підвищення рівня їх лояльності.

✅Систематичний контроль дотримання бізнес-процесу та інструкцій компанії.

✅Відстеження змін на ринку, а також діяльності конкурентів.

👀 Вимоги:

✅Успішний досвід роботи на посаді Керівника відділу продажу в сегменті B2B з довгим циклом угод.

✅Знання/ робота в сфері АСУТП, інтегрованих систем керування, програмування, ІТ, тощо.

✅Вільне володіння усною та письмовою українською мовою (англійська мова бажано на рівні, необхідному для ведення комунікації з клієнтами/ партнерами).

✅Здатність знаходити оптимальні рішення та брати на себе відповідальність за результати своєї роботи та команди.

✅Висока результативність — здатність досягати поставленої мети у встановлені терміни, попри перепони.
