    We are seeking a highly skilled IVR Support Engineer to support and maintain a complex Digital Conversation Platform used by a national telecom operator. The platform includes IVR call flows, NLU modules, Crealog voice services, and chatbot infrastructure across Windows clusters, Unix servers, and cloud environments. The role requires deep knowledge of telecom systems, carrier-grade reliability, and CI/CD environments.

    Education & experience:
    - bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
    - 2+ years of experience supporting IVR platforms, NLU/chatbot infrastructure, or telecom-grade communication systems;
    IVR / Voice Platform Expertise:
    - hands-on experience with voice platforms, natural language understanding systems, soft switch administration;
    - understanding of call flow design, voice routing logic, and prompt/playback configuration;
    - experience working with protocols such as SIP, RTP, and SS7;
    - knowledge of network stack technologies;
    PBX / Voice Ecosystem:
    - experience with PBX or virtual PBX systems (Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Cisco CUCM, AVAYA, Iskratel etc.);
    - understanding of call routing, trunking, voicemail, and integration with IVR systems, CI/CD & DevOps;
    Troubleshooting:
    - experience with CI/CD tools such as Github, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar;
    - ability to troubleshoot deployment failures, pipeline delays, and infrastructure misconfigurations;
    Infrastructure & Monitoring:
    - strong knowledge of Windows Server (clustered environments) and Unix/Linux systems;
    - monitoring experience with tools such as Grafana, ELK Stack or Dynatrace or similar;
    - SQL skills to query call/session logs and configuration data.(Ability to write and optimize basic SQL queries SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, INSERT, COUNT, SUM, AVG etc.);
    - understanding of Information System Service Management practices (e.g., service life cycles, change management);
    - experience maintaining system components up to date (patching, security updates, version compatibility);
    - ensuring solid capacity and scalability of the Digital Conversation Platform (DCP) to meet business demand;

    Responsibilities:

    - deliver second- and third-line support for IVR, voicebot, chatbot, and NLU services across multi-platform infrastructure;
    - provide troubleshooting and support for IVR/NLU/DCP voice systems;
    - participate in support for CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless code/config deployments and automated testing;
    - analyze and resolve platform issues using logs, monitoring systems, SIP traces, and telemetry dashboards;
    - work closely with developers, DevOps, telecom engineers, and vendors to resolve incidents and implement improvements;
    - monitor, diagnose, and tune system performance, voice routing, queue behavior, and chatbot response times;
    - adhere to telecom-grade SLAs, support procedures, and operational documentation;

     

    Extended technical skills:
    - scripting for automation or diagnostics (Bash, Python, PowerShell, C);
    - experience with creating and maintaining stored procedures, scheduled jobs, and database tasks;
    - familiarity with chatbot frameworks (Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, Rasa);
    - experience with STT/TTS integration, SBCs, and voice recording/logging mechanisms;
    - containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes);
    - cloud services experience (e.g., AWS, Azure) especially related to Voiceplatforms/chatbot/NLU hosting or logging;

    Responsibilities

    • Address unique and complex HR challenges, working creatively to resolve issues that don’t fit within typical processes
    • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, maintaining strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and supporting fairness and transparency
    • Analyse HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and create action plans to enhance employee experience and optimize HR processes

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or technology company
    • Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle
    • Knowledge of HR metrics, with the ability to interpret data and guide decisions
    • Practical experience in HR policy guidance and a solid understanding of HR standards and best practices
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues
    • Proactive and analytical approach along with empathy and reliability
    • Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and evolving priorities
    • Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results
