We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Investment & Finance Manager to take full control over financial operations, investment coordination, capital structuring, mortgage management, and financial process design from scratch.

This role involves managing and optimizing a multi-million dollar net worth, ensuring efficient capital allocation, tax structuring, and debt management while working closely with our Wealth Manager, legal team, and investment partners.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of ownership, drives execution relentlessly, and ensures the wealth management team and external financial experts deliver optimal results. This person is expected to push for perfection, challenge inefficiencies, and optimize financial strategies while keeping costs under control.

The ideal candidate is also tech-savvy, passionate about simplicity, and focused on optimizing financial processes using technology. They should be creative, solution-oriented, and capable of designing and refining financial systems from the ground up to maximize efficiency and clarity. While they should understand how technology can improve financial operations, the actual implementation of tech or AI tools can be done with the help of external resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of financial processes, ensuring all stakeholders execute with precision.
• Proactively push the Wealth Manager, tax consultants, and lawyers to deliver the highest level of execution.
• Hold external financial service providers accountable for efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify inefficiencies and challenge the status quo to optimize expenses and improve financial performance.
• Ensure flawless execution of investment strategies, tax plans, and financial optimizations.
• Oversee personal and business financial structures, ensuring liquidity, risk management, and capital allocation.
•  Design, implement, and optimize financial processes from scratch to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Ensure accurate and transparent cash flow management, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Identify and recommend financial tools and automation software to improve reporting, forecasting, and investment tracking.
• Work with external specialists when needed to implement new financial software or automation tools.
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in real estate, private equity, stock markets, and alternative assets, working with our wealth management banking team.
• Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions, including financial projections and risk assessments. End-to-end coordination of the process.
• Develop and implement real estate financing strategies, including mortgage structuring and refinancing.
• Work closely with banks, credit institutions, and legal teams to secure competitive mortgage rates and financing terms.
• Track investment performance, assess portfolio risks, and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Work closely with the Wealth Manager to refine investment strategies, portfolio diversification, and financial growth plans.
• Optimize mortgage and debt financing structures, ensuring tax efficiency and long-term profitability.
• Develop and execute debt management strategies, including refinancing, leverage optimization, and loan restructuring.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with loan agreements, mortgage covenants, and credit facilities.
• Work closely with banks, lenders, and legal teams to negotiate optimal mortgage and debt financing terms.
• Technology & Automation in Financial Processes
• Research and recommend financial planning and automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Implement structured financial models for investment tracking and reporting.
•  Work closely with external consultants or developers for financial system improvements when necessary.
• Streamline financial forecasting using technology-based finance tools (no advanced coding required).
• Tax Optimization, Compliance & Legal Coordination
• Work closely with CPAs and tax advisors to ensure tax-efficient structuring of investments, real estate holdings, and debt financing.
• Monitor global tax regulations and adjust financial structures to maintain tax efficiency.
• Oversee estate planning and wealth protection strategies, ensuring legal compliance.

•  Work closely with lawyers to review and execute contracts, mortgage agreements, and investment structures.

   

Required Qualifications & Skills: 

C1-2 level English – perfect communication, financial writing, and high-level negotiation skills.
3+ years of experience in finance, investment management, mortgage structuring, or wealth management.
Extreme ownership mindset – ability to push teams to execute at a high level and hold them accountable.
Experience working closely with banks, credit institutions, CPAs, tax consultants, and lawyers.
Understanding of financial software, automation tools, and reporting systems (but coding is not required).
Tech-savvy – ability to identify and work with financial automation, reporting, and fintech solutions.

 Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) or family offices.
• Background in private banking, real estate finance, financial consulting, or CFO roles.
• Understanding of financial planning software, dashboards, and investment analytics tools.

Compensation & Incentive Model:

• Full-time remote role with flexible working hours.
• $30K/year base salary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS services.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering practices (data pipelines, processing, storage, etc.).
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Node.js applications, including deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with additional cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
