    What you’ll do:

    • Collaborate with account managers to deeply understand clients' business goals and priorities.
    • Oversee delivery processes across projects (approx. 80 FTE), proactively identify and mitigate risks.
    • Conduct health checks, project audits, and gather/analyze delivery metrics.
    • Own incident management and farming of existing accounts (growth, upsell).
    • Take part in presales: prepare commercial and technical proposals.
      Drive internal delivery efficiency and suggest process improvements.
      Work with documentation, architects, SPMs, and tech leads to ensure proper resource planning.
    • Ensure the financial health of projects (monitor receivables, budgeting, etc.).
       

    Who you are:

    • You have 2–5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager / Program Manager / PM Lead in a structured outsourcing company.
    • You’ve worked on projects with 30+ FTE, have farming experience, and have managed post-launch support.
      You understand different cooperation models: Fixed Price, T&M, Dedicated Team.
    • You have a solid understanding of SDLC and know how to adapt it to different projects.
      You have a technical background, can work with documentation, interpret metrics, and understand quality indicators.
    • You are experienced in working with delivery metrics, incident tracking, and reporting.

    Role Overview

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Sourcer to join our team.     Role Overview

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Sourcer to join our team.
