wemakemvp.com was founded in 2020. It all started as a solo consultancy which was focused in no-code development helping startups launching MVPs. In 2021 the first employee was hired and the agency was started. By 2022 we have worked on 50 different startup projects helping them launching marketplaces, Saas platforms, mobile apps, etc.

Back then we decided to pivot our agency and become a full-cycle product development company. So, now our service offering is broader: Development, Design and Product Management.

We are a small no-code consultancy and are not yet in a position to hire a full-time recruiter. However, we occasionally need to fill various roles (e.g., QA, no-code developer, designer, project manager, etc.). Given the current stage of our business, we are unsure if there will be enough full-time workload for a recruiter at this time.

Therefore, we are seeking a recruiter on a freelance basis. Compensation is flexible, and we are open to negotiating the best arrangement for both parties—whether that be hourly or fixed-price per successful hire.

We currently have a need to fill several roles.

    Responsibilities:

    • Source candidates on relevant platforms based on the specific role.
    • Review and assess candidate profiles and CVs.
    • Validate candidates through a set of pre-defined questions.
    • Communicate with candidates, provide feedback, and assist in scheduling technical interviews.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent English (both written and spoken) is a must.
    • Proven experience in recruitment for similar roles, ideally in tech or no-code fields.
    • Experience with international recruitment.
    • Empathy and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates.
    • Strong understanding of business goals and a results-oriented approach to recruiting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This position may be a good fit for recruiters who are not looking for full-time work or prefer freelancing. As our company grows, there may be potential for this role to transition into a full-time position in the future.
