Responsibilities
DevOps
- Management, monitoring, and maintenance of build, test, and deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps (for mobile and web products)
- Champion best practices for software delivery, deployment automation, and operational excellence across the engineering lifecycle
- Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and configuration management solutions to streamline provisioning, scaling, and updates
IT Operations & Compliance
- Perform IT access reviews and oversee identity and access management (IAM) processes
- Lead account provisioning/deprovisioning workflows to ensure compliance and security
- Support security audits, compliance assessments, and policy enforcement in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, risk assessment, and periodic review processes
- Laptop security management via MDM to ensure security compliance
Site Reliability
- Incident response, triage, and management
- Conducting infrastructure capacity planning and performance tuning
- Collaborating with engineers to design and implement scalable and resilient systems
- Maintenance and improvement of cloud infrastructure reliability and scalability

Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or hybrid infrastructure/IT engineering roles

- Strong experience managing PaaS-based cloud infrastructure in Azure: App Service, Storage, SQL Database, Front Door, Key Vault, Log Analytics Workspace
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)
- Experience with Bicep or equivalent IaC frameworks for Azure resource deployment and lifecycle management

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions to ensure seamless connectivity across diverse systems and platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement Mulesoft-based integration strategies that align with business needs and technical requirements.
The goal of this function is to develop new methods and interfacing in support of business projects or to enhance the business capabilities of existing interfaces between the IT systems in our landscape. The development is typically based on analysis provided by Functional Consultant and approved by Technical Designer. This function is essential to ensure the evolution of SAP and non SAP integration with other systems with a high level of quality. As we are evolving towards a decentralized environment, application connectivity is a key component in design and a high usage of APIs is expected.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to deliver high quality results meeting established standards and expectations for the organization.
- Work with functional consultants and business analysts to build specified development requirements as well as test and document the work.
- Configuring Queue Management, Alert Management, Performance setup, Integration Directory and SLD (System Landscape Directory)
- Design, develop, test, debug APIs in our Mulesoft platform.
- Deliver CI / CD using established platforms (Github, CTS+)
- Ensure all activities are executed within the agreed planning and budget, and continuously stay focused on delivering high quality solutions.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as Mulesoft Engineer in Mulesoft integration Projects
- Proven experience with enterprise integration, API design, and development.

- Strong understanding of Mulesoft components (API Gateway, Anypoint Exchange, etc.) and connectors, API integration design, Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, Mulesoft RTF
- Experience with RESTful web services, API design, and security best practices (OAuth, JWT)
- Familiarity with databases, messaging systems (JMS, MQ), and cloud platforms (Azure).
