The role You own the operator experience end-to-end. That means going into the field to understand how operators use the system, designing the interface yourself, and making sure what you learn reaches the engineers who build it.

You work independently. There is no UX team behind you. You produce your own research, your own designs, and you stay responsible for the result through implementation.

• Visit frontline units regularly — observe operators using the system, collect structured feedback
• Translate operational constraints into interface requirements: time pressure, gloves, noise, low visibility
• Design the operator UI — wireframes and detailed specs for engineering handoff
• Validate designs with operators in the field
• Transfer knowledge consistently to the Munich-based engineering team
• Travel between Ukraine and Munich as needed

Job Responsibilities

• Play a supporting role in the crafting and implementation of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies

SEO Account Manager Tasks
 

• Assist with client relations as it pertains to SEO. Field client questions as received and communicate in other ways as needed in order to maintain and strengthen the relationships with each client
• Act as a client advocate, consistently putting yourself in their shoes and making suggestions to the SEO team about how we can do even better for each client

The Role

• Maintain scene and setting standards — know which contexts work for our product and which don't

Team Leadership

• Be the creative lead designers come to with questions — give structured feedback that helps them grow, not just fixes the asset

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and capable Deputy COO to become the right hand of our current Chief Operating Officer in one of our iGaming verticals (casino, sportsbook, or traffic). This is a foundational role for someone ready to take operational ownership, build processes, and grow into a full COO role in the near future.

You’ll be deeply involved in all core areas — from performance marketing and product to payments, CRM, and affiliate operations. Initially, the role is very hands-on. As the business scales, you’ll transition toward team leadership, delegation, and strategic planning.

• Coordinate and execute key operational processes across all verticals

Key tasks:

• Preparing supporting documentation for foreign customers/clients, such as agreements, invoices, and statements of work;
• Calculating income and preparing/submitting quarterly and annual UA PE reports to tax authorities;
• Supporting and mentoring PEs on all aspects of current Ukrainian legislation related to entrepreneurial activity, and providing updates on relevant changes;
• Communicating with other business departments, banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
