About the project

Our team is building an internal tool for a major construction company to help their teams design and evaluate complex layouts while accounting for real-world constraints. The product combines robust engineering logic with an interactive 3D view in the browser, making it easier for users to explore design options and estimate key building parameters, including costs. We are not looking for a traditional SOC analyst. This role is about building detection systems, not clicking through alerts. You will work with large volumes of logs (cloud, application, network), design detection logic, and improve it over time. That includes both rule-based detection (SIEM/XDR) and data-driven approaches (statistical models, anomaly detection, simple ML where it makes sense). You should be comfortable treating logs as a data problem, not just a monitoring stream.

Important! This is not a role where you:

• sit in SIEM all day clicking alerts
• blindly add rules
• overcomplicate things with ML

This is a role where you: build detection systems that work in practice.

What you'll be doing

Detection & analytics

• Build and maintain detections across:
• application logs (auth, APIs, business logic abuse)
• cloud activity (CloudTrail, IAM, infrastructure changes)

What you will do:
— Own and optimize the full conversion funnel — from onboarding to purchase — with a strong focus on web flows, monetization models, and pricing;
— Design, test, and scale new monetization strategies to outperform market benchmarks and increase ARPU, Conversion, LTV;
— Run A/B tests end-to-end, analyze results, and quickly implement data-driven improvements;
— Research markets, competitors, and user behavior to uncover growth opportunities and user pain points;

— Work with Meta, Google, and AppLovin performance marketing channels;
— Formulate and validate hypotheses across different funnel stages using both quantitative and qualitative data;
— Collaborate cross-functionally with UA, Creative Production, Design, and Analytics to ensure alignment, fast execution, and measurable impact.

What we’re looking for:
— 3+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Product roles, including B2C subscription-based products;
— Proven track record in conversion optimization, monetization, and pricing strategy (web experience highly preferred);
— Strong hands-on experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making;
— Solid understanding of unit economics, key product and marketing metrics;
— Ability to conduct market and competitor research and analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities;
— Expertise in launching and scaling products from scratch, owning key growth and marketing processes end-to-end.
— Analytical yet user-centric mindset, with the ability to balance monetization goals and customer value;
— Confident English (B2+)​.

In this role, you will be responsible for a product vertical from start to finish, with a strong focus on engagement and retention. Your responsibilities will include working on progress mechanics, personalized engagement loops, reward systems, and proactive in-app support. It’s consumer mobile product work at scale, grounded in user research and experimentation.
You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and content specialists in a cross-functional setup and have direct access to analytics infrastructure and product leadership.

Requirements:
 

• 3+ years of product management experience in consumer mobile apps
• Proven experience across the full product lifecycle — from discovery and research to go-to-market and post-release iteration
• Strong data skills: cohort analysis, funnel analysis, experiment design — you use Amplitude or similar tools as a daily driver, not just for reporting
• User research experience: you’ve run interviews and usability sessions yourself, and know how to turn insights into product decisions
