About projects

Luvly is a tech-powered natural face care app offering expert-led face yoga and face massage routines. A safe and effective alternative to cosmetic treatments, Luvly helps users sculpt their facial features, reduce wrinkles, and achieve glowing skin naturally. Luvly’s mission is to help people feel beautiful and confident in their skin at any age — without invasive treatments.

About role:

In this role, you will be responsible for a product vertical from start to finish, with a strong focus on engagement and retention. This includes building features and systems that help users develop lasting beauty habits, track their face yoga and skincare progress, and encourage them to continue using the product long after the initial onboarding period.
Your responsibilities will include working on progress mechanics, personalized engagement loops, reward systems, and proactive in-app support. It’s consumer mobile product work at scale, grounded in user research and experimentation.
You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and content specialists in a cross-functional setup and have direct access to analytics infrastructure and product leadership.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of product management experience in consumer mobile apps
  • Proven experience across the full product lifecycle — from discovery and research to go-to-market and post-release iteration
  • Strong data skills: cohort analysis, funnel analysis, experiment design — you use Amplitude or similar tools as a daily driver, not just for reporting
  • User research experience: you’ve run interviews and usability sessions yourself, and know how to turn insights into product decisions
  • Ability to turn industry and market trends into clear product strategies
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and English proficiency (C1+)

Responsibilities:

  • Own a product vertical from discovery through delivery and iteration
  • Proactively uncover new product opportunities through structured discovery — user interviews, usability tests, behavioral analytics, support and feedback analysis, market and competitor research, and close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Design and run A/B experiments, interpret results, make ship/kill decisions
  • Write clear specs and collaborate closely with engineering and design
  • Contribute to GTM strategy and work with the marketing team to develop launch plans, positioning, and messaging that drive product adoption
  • Measure success post-launch and iterate based on data and feedback

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with subscription consumer products (LTV, retention, churn)
  • Experience in Tier-1 market
  • Background in wellness apps
  • Familiarity with habit-forming product design
  • AI/personalization product experience
  • Partnership or integration management

Personal qualities:

  • Strong ownership mindset — you drive outcomes independently and take full responsibility for your product area end-to-end
  • Passion for delivering intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful experiences
  • Adaptable by nature — you adjust quickly when priorities shift and find your footing without losing momentum
  • You thrive on hard problems — the bigger the challenge, the more engaged you get
  • Results-driven to the core — you measure your work by impact, not output

Employee Benefits:

  • Remote-First Culture: Our team is diverse and extensive, just like our product portfolio. We provide a flexible working schedule and let you work anywhere in the world, either remotely or in one of our corporate hubs.
