About the Role

This is an owner seat, not a support role. The Senior Sales Operations Specialist runs Impactable's revenue operations end to end — CRM, pipeline, billing, contracts, reporting, and warm-signal automation — independently, reporting directly to the SVP, Revenue & Growth.

You diagnose problems, build solutions, and keep the SVP informed at the decision level — not the task level. Success means the revenue function runs without hand-holding: clean data, accurate pipeline, on-time proposals, working automations, and warm signals routed to the right owner.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM Management — Maintain HubSpot data integrity, run hygiene checks, enforce governance standards, and train the sales team on best practices.
• Sales Support — Keep pre-call automation fed with clean firmographic data, own new-client handoffs to ClickUp, and maintain integration points between AI notetakers, CRM sync, and sales workflows.
• Pipeline Management — Own deal-stage accuracy through automation and spot-checks; surface stalled or misclassified deals and flag bottlenecks to leadership.
• Billing — Set up billing portals, maintain the HubSpot product library, and ensure correct line items are in place before contracts go out.
• Contracts & Proposals — Draft proposals using AI from call recordings, maintain PandaDoc templates, and manage the HubSpot–PandaDoc sync.

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager who can build structure from scratch. From day one, your mission is to establish a controlled operational framework: the team understands priorities, access is granted without chaos, interviews and onboarding run on schedule, and blockers are resolved fast.

This is a dedicated and critical role — SEO, dev, and content teams should not simultaneously manage hiring, access, reporting, and daily coordination. That slows everything down. We need a separate person with a strong operational backbone.

Goals for Probation Period (First 1–2 Months)

• Within the first 2 weeks — describe and launch a baseline workflow for hiring, onboarding, access management, and weekly reporting
• By end of month one — maintain a unified tracker for vacancies, access, domains, tasks, and owners with zero overdue critical roles
• Reduce response time on operational blockers to 24 hours on business days
• Deliver a project operations map: roles, ownership zones, communication guidelines, and milestone checkpoints M1–M3

What You Will Do

• Coordinate hiring, interviews, offers, and employee onboarding/offboarding
• Set up processes, access, accounts, budget approvals, and internal policies
• Run daily syncs with SEO, content, dev, link building, and BizDev teams
• Control deadlines, risks, blockers, and communication quality
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on team performance, hiring, expenses, and operational risks

What We Are Looking For

Must Have

• 2+ years of operations management experience in digital, affiliate, or SEO-driven teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel streams: people, processes, finance, access, and delivery
• Confident working with Notion, Jira, Trello, Google Sheets, and Slack
• Basic understanding of SEO, content, development, and performance marketing logic

Nice to Have

• Understanding of the affiliate model and dependencies between SEO, dev, content, links, and partner programs

We are looking for a Computer Vision / Generative AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in generative image models and production-grade computer vision pipelines.

The candidate should be able to work deeply with modern image generation models, understand how they work under the hood, adapt them to specific product needs, and turn research or experimental ideas into reliable working systems.

Key responsibilities

• GenAI R&D: Adapt, fine-tune, and deploy FLUX and diffusion models.
• CV Pipelines: Build controlled generation workflows combining GenAI with detection and segmentation.
• Paper-to-Code: Implement cutting-edge research into production-ready features.
• Inference Optimization: Speed up models and reduce GPU costs (quantization, compilation, caching).

Key skills and experience

• Strong understanding of modern transformer-based image generation architectures, especially FLUX-based models, including their architecture, training logic, inference process, and practical limitations.
• Ability to build custom inference pipelines on top of base generative models and adapt them to specific product or business requirements.
• Experience building end-to-end computer vision pipelines: reading research papers, documenting findings, collecting and preparing datasets, training models, validating results, and iterating on model quality.
• Understanding of inference optimization concepts such as quantization, compilation, and caching.
• Practical experience with Python, PyTorch, Diffusers, and OpenCV.
• Experience packaging ML/CV solutions into Docker containers and exposing them through APIs for testing and production use.
• Experience working with modern image generation APIs is a strong plus, including Nano Banana and GPT Image.
• Solid general computer vision background and familiarity with common CV tasks such as detection, segmentation and classification.
