Operations Manager

$$$

iGaming company with 3+ years of experience, 1,500+ team members, and a portfolio of 11+ successful products across Tier 1–3 markets. We are actively scaling new products and markets, building strong affiliate ecosystems, and strengthening our position within the industry.

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager who can build structure from scratch. From day one, your mission is to establish a controlled operational framework: the team understands priorities, access is granted without chaos, interviews and onboarding run on schedule, and blockers are resolved fast.

This is a dedicated and critical role β€” SEO, dev, and content teams should not simultaneously manage hiring, access, reporting, and daily coordination. That slows everything down. We need a separate person with a strong operational backbone.

Goals for Probation Period (First 1–2 Months)

  • Within the first 2 weeks β€” describe and launch a baseline workflow for hiring, onboarding, access management, and weekly reporting
  • By end of month one β€” maintain a unified tracker for vacancies, access, domains, tasks, and owners with zero overdue critical roles
  • Reduce response time on operational blockers to 24 hours on business days
  • Deliver a project operations map: roles, ownership zones, communication guidelines, and milestone checkpoints M1–M3

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate hiring, interviews, offers, and employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Set up processes, access, accounts, budget approvals, and internal policies
  • Run daily syncs with SEO, content, dev, link building, and BizDev teams
  • Control deadlines, risks, blockers, and communication quality
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on team performance, hiring, expenses, and operational risks

What We Are Looking For

Must Have

  • 2+ years of operations management experience in digital, affiliate, or SEO-driven teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple parallel streams: people, processes, finance, access, and delivery
  • Confident working with Notion, Jira, Trello, Google Sheets, and Slack
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content, development, and performance marketing logic

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of the affiliate model and dependencies between SEO, dev, content, links, and partner programs
  • Experience launching websites fast and operating in high-uncertainty environments

Who You Are

  • Calm and clear communicator β€” no chaos, no toxicity
  • You push tasks to completion, not just to "in progress"
  • Strong written fixation of agreements β€” everything is documented, nothing gets lost

What We Offer

  • Fully remote work: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 (UTC+2)
  • Competitive salary aligned with your expertise and contribution
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and an additional birthday day off
  • Professional growth and continuous development opportunities
  • Internal knowledge-sharing sessions and company events
  • Fast decision-making without excessive bureaucracy
  • Freedom from micromanagement and rigid hierarchies
  • Opportunity to shape operational processes in a rapidly growing international business
  • Dynamic environment with ambitious goals and expansion plansContact
