Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery processes and drive successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate development, QA, PM, and stakeholder teams.
• Plan, manage, and optimize product delivery roadmaps.
• Improve internal processes, productivity, and transparency.
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships.
• Manage risks, reporting, and project milestones.
• Participate in presales, estimate work scope, and support decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager / Product Owner / CPO / Senior PM.
• Prior experience in IT outsourcing or outstaffing — must.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience managing multiple teams and projects (10+ people).
• Advanced English level.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to Have

• Technical background (BA / Engineering / Architecture).
• Experience with presales and client presentations.

• Knowledge of product analytics and roadmap planning.
