Responsibilities:

• Develop an SEO strategy in collaboration with the marketing manager, aligned with company goals and OKRs
• Conduct technical site audits: Core Web Vitals, crawl budget, duplicates, canonicals, schema markup
• Keyword research with volume + KD for each service page and content plan
• Search intent analysis and topic cluster building around priority service pages
• Content gap analysis against competitors
• Keyword mapping (linking blog articles to service pages via internal linking)
• Build and execute a link building strategy (guest posts, crowd links)
• Monitor GSC, including geotargeting for a US audience
• Monthly reporting with position, traffic, and conversion dynamics and clear takeaways
• Write briefs for the content manager and developers

• Collaborate with the marketing team

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst (Marketing) to strengthen our analytics team. You will join a community of analysts who work with a modern data stack and help drive data-driven strategic decisions.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain dashboards for marketing and top management.
• Drive analytics for A/B testing: from hypothesis formulation to result analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze the performance of various marketing channels (Performance, CRM, SEO, Affiliate).
• Build cohort analysis and retention curves.
• Evaluate and optimize promo campaigns, analyzing discounts, special offers, and promotional tools.
• Work with raw data from GA, GTM, and Snowplow; set up events to track marketing activations.
• Utilize dbt models for data transformation, document metric logic, and maintain analytical pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in planning marketing activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and impact measurement.

What we are looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst,1+ years of experience in marketing or marketing-related analytics would be a plus.
• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery / Athena).
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI).
• Solid understanding of statistics, particularly A/B testing.
• Experience in calculating key marketing metrics: CAC, ROMI, LTV, churn, retention.
• Experience with GA4 and GTM.
• Good presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data points in simple terms.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python / R.
• Basic knowledge of and a desire to grow in Data Science.
