    Responsibilities:

     

    • Development and implementation of strategies to acquire new users in the B2C segment;
    • Management of all performance channels (PPC, SEO, ASO, Affiliate, Influencer, SMM, Media Buying);
    • Analysis of the acquisition funnel: from click to registration, deposit, and retention;
    • Continuous A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, traffic channels, and CPA models;
    • Coordination and development of the existing User Acquisition team (Media Buyers, Affiliate Manager, SEO, PPC);
    • Managing the traffic team: structuring, setting KPIs, auditing processes, and implementing improvements;
    • Budget management: planning, allocation, optimization of spend, and ROI;
    • Working with analytics platforms (Tableau);
    • Close collaboration with retention, product, marketing, and analytics departments to increase LTV and ARPU;
    • Monitoring the market, trends, competitors, and implementing new approaches in user acquisition.

     

    Requirements:

     

    • 4+ years of experience in User Acquisition, including 1+ year in a managerial role;
    • Experience in iGaming / Gambling / Betting β€” mandatory;
    • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with performance channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, UAC, programmatic, push networks);

    We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced QA Manual Tester to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our development processes and take responsibility for manual testing of our games, identifying and documenting defects, and validating fixes. You will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience. Your attention to detail and analytical mindset will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet both customer expectations and industry standards.

     

    About You:

    β€” Strong knowledge of QA theory and Agile methodologies

    β€” Skilled in manual, functional, and regression testing

    β€” Practical experience in writing test documentation

    β€” Understanding of client/server architecture testing

    β€” Proficient in API testing using Postman and comfortable working with REST APIs

    β€” Must have experience with databases and backend testing

    β€” Experience working with logging and monitoring tools such as Grafana

    β€” Hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML5/CSS)

    β€” Proficient in using Confluence, JIRA, and TestRail

    β€” Capable of managing products from testing through to release

    β€” Able to follow established workflows and procedures

    • Design and develop high-quality real-time visual effects using Unreal Engine’s Niagara and Cascade systems
