What you’ll do
- Build, scale, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Google Search, YouTube ads
- Drive high-quality leads for insurance and loan offers
- Manage performance across US, CA, and UK markets
- Monitor CPL, approval rates, ROAS, and net profit daily
- Optimize campaigns daily and report P&L results
- Work with internal creatives, developers, and compliance team
- Scale campaigns using proven in-house funnels and long-term buyers
What you bring
