About the Company: 
A growing iGaming company in Malta is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Officer to join their team. This role offers a strong entry point into finance, providing hands-on exposure and development opportunities within a fast-paced, international environment. The Junior Finance Officer will support the finance function in the day-to-day financial operations of the company, working closely with the Head of Finance and the wider team to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial processes.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, month-end processes, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Supporting inter-company reconciliations within the Group
• Assisting in the calculation of client revenue share, preparation of supporting schedules and posting of sales invoices in Dynamics365
• Supporting customer invoicing and assisting with basic debt collection activities
• Assisting with cash flow monitoring, payments and bank account administration
• Supporting the preparation of VAT returns and other regulatory filings
• Assisting in maintaining internal financial controls and documentation
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis activities

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field (ACCA/ACA students considered an asset)
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus, but not essential
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn financial systems

Role overview
The role is launched to ensure stable, scalable, and technically sound performance of the cold email outreach channel, with full ownership of infrastructure, deliverability, and performance optimization.
You will fully own the cold email infrastructure (40+ inboxes), maintain high domain health, control bounce rate, and ensure predictable pipeline contribution through structured performance optimization.

Your future responsibilities include:
Infrastructure & Deliverability Ownership

• Full ownership of the email channel infrastructure — from domain setup to qualified booked calls,
• Management of 40+ inboxes and domain rotation,
• Setup and maintenance of SPF, DKIM, DMARC records,
• Inbox warming and domain health monitoring,
• Continuous deliverability optimization (spam placement, sender reputation, blacklist monitoring),
• Bounce rate control and troubleshooting deliverability issues,

What you'll be doing:

• Lead a team of 2–3 marketing managers: hiring, onboarding, and mentoring.
• Analyze performance, measure results, and compile reports for all campaigns, forming clear takeaways, next steps, and improvement opportunities.
• Test and optimize new setups and approaches across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Automate marketing processes together with MarTech manager.

• 3+ years of experience in paid acquisition on Meta and/or TikTok.

The Support Engineer is responsible for handling second-line support requests, delivering troubleshooting, and making configuration changes.
When required, the Support Engineer shall also handle first-line support requests and, where possible, third-line escalations where they
hold a specialism in that technology.
This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to
ensure exceptional service delivery. They will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to continuous
service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues across servers, networking, and cloud applications (Azure/Microsoft 365).
• Escalation Management: Act as the bridge between basic support and senior engineers, taking ownership of tickets from start to finish.
• System Maintenance: Manage software patching, security updates, and backups to prevent data loss or system downtime.
• Customer Communication: Explain technical fixes to non-technical customers in a way they can easily understand.
• Mentorship: Guide and train junior Support Analysts and Apprentices to help them grow their technical skills.
• Documentation: Write "How-To" guides and internal articles to help the team solve recurring issues faster.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience working in a fast-paced IT environment (like an MSP) or a large corporate IT department.
• Technical Skills: 
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V).
  • Solid understanding of Networking (Firewalls, VPNs, and Switching).
• Certifications: Ideally holds a CCNA, Microsoft Certification, or CompTIA Network+/Security+.
• Soft Skills: Must be a patient communicator, a natural problem-solver, and highly organized with ticket logging.
• English: B2 strong - C1

We are looking for an experienced PSP Manager to join our iGaming team and take ownership of our payment service provider (PSP) ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and expanding payment solutions across multiple markets, ensuring seamless, secure, and compliant payment operations for our players and partners.

This role is critical to supporting business growth, improving payment performance, and maintaining strong relationships with PSPs, banks, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle of new Payment Service Providers from initial engagement through successful go-live.
• Coordinate the collection and submission of KYC, compliance, due diligence, and contractual documentation, working closely with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Oversee pre-live testing, issue resolution, go-live readiness, and launch coordination.
• Represent the company at industry expos, conferences, and PSP events, building relationships and bringing back market insights and opportunities.
   
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders when required.
• Translate business and operational needs into clear internal tasks, coordinate technical integration with the Tech team, and ensure all relevant teams are aligned.
• Act as the main point of contact for PSPs, managing communication, alignment, and information flow between external partners and internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a PSP, Payments, or Payments Operations role within the iGaming / online gambling industry or related fields (Forex, Payment Provider, KAM, etc).
• Experience working with multiple PSPs across different jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with payment dashboards, reporting tools, and back-office systems.
• Fluency in English and Russian is required; additional languages are a plus.
