Position Overview:
 

We are looking for a Project Manager to own the customer journey after the deal is signed: rollout, pilot execution, and expansion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can run a tight delivery process without heavy bureaucracy. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders on the customer side (Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Product, Operations) and coordinate internally with Product, Machine Learning and AI specialists, and Software Engineers to ensure fast time-to-value and a successful pilot outcome.

Responsibilities

• Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Promote our mobile application with a focus on app installs, registrations, and downstream conversion events.
• Analyze the complete user funnel: Impression → Click → Install → Registration → Conversion.
• Optimize campaigns based on in-app events and monitor campaign performance.
• Track and improve key performance metrics including CPI, CPA, CAC, CPE, ROAS, LTV, Retention, and ARPU.
• Work with AppsFlyer or Adjust, ensuring accurate event tracking between the app, MMP, and Meta.
• Test new audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign strategies.
• Analyze traffic quality, identify growth opportunities, and scale successful campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
• Proven experience promoting mobile applications.
