Illustrator/Designer

Redwerk is a software development company, and thekonstwear is our clothing brand project, where sharp humor and bold visual style meet streetwear. Design here is not just decoration - it's the core of the product and the main driver of engagement with our audience.

We are looking for a hands-on Illustrator/Designer who will take ownership of print creation for our merch line - from concept to print-ready file.

This is an execution-first, project-based role.

You will be responsible for concept generation, illustration, and print-file preparation across our core merch formats:

Primary deliverables (mandatory):

• T-shirt prints
• Phone case designs
•  

Other formats (hoodies, tote bags, stickers, etc.) are a plus.

This is a remote, project-based collaboration.

Role Goals:

• Deliver 10–15 original prints with subtle, sharp humor for merch
• Build a distinct visual identity consistent with the thekonstwear brand
• Turn AI-generated concepts into authored, print-ready illustrations

• Support fast, iterative production without compromising creative quality

   

Responsibilities:

• Create 10–15 prints with subtle humor for merch (T-shirts, phone cases)
• Generate concepts using AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly)
• Turn AI-generated concepts into original, authored illustrations
• Prepare ready-to-print files (CMYK, bleed)
• Stay consistent with the brand's style (guidelines shared at project start)

• Iterate on feedback to refine concepts before final production

   

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience preparing print-ready artwork
• Confident use of AI tools for concept generation
• Good sense of typography
• Strong sense of humor and style adaptable to a streetwear brand

• Comfortable working project-based with clear deliverables and deadlines

   

Nice to Have:

• Procreate / Clip Studio experience
• Experience printing on fabric or plastic

• Portfolio featuring humor-driven or streetwear-style illustration

• Consistent, on-brand print output delivered on schedule
• Original illustrations that stand apart from raw AI-generated concepts
• Print-ready files requiring minimal revision before production

• A visual style that resonates with the brand's audience and drives engagement
