The Role

About the product:  We operate in the fast-growing social networking space that’s transforming how people connect online in a live-streaming segment that is growing by over 21% annually. We build products that combine streaming, video content, interactivity, and communities, with a focus on the global market. One of our flagship products is an ad-free international streaming platform where users engage in real time through video chats and live broadcasts. But that’s just part of our ecosystem, we’re also developing other products within the niche, each with its own mechanics, audience, and monetization model. Our team tackles complex analytics, AI solutions, personalization, and the scaling of high-load systems. In this role, you will

• Deliver ad creative concepts and iterations that align with key KPIs for multiple products
• Support and improve the creative production pipeline in close collaboration with User Acquisition Managers
• Manage and grow the Creative Marketing team, including Designers and Creative Marketing Lead
• Plan and coordinate team workflows to ensure timely and effective output
• Track and report on the performance of creatives and team members
• Set up and maintain efficient creative marketing processes
• Develop and refine a testing methodology for ad creatives to improve performance and scalability
• Motivate the team through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and performance checkpoints

It’s all about you

• 1+ year of experience as Head of Creative Marketing Department
• Basic understanding of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing
• Proven experience in generating and developing creative concepts
• Solid workload management and deadline adherence
• Hands-on experience with creative testing approaches
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Strategic thinking with focus on achieving product KPIs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• English level B2+
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

What you'll do:

• Generate hypothesis backlog to optimize performance of existing web funnels;
• Run A/B testing to improve key metrics (CR, LTV) and scale successful results;
• Research new directions: user needs, pains, and motivations; and build new acquisition funnel end-to-end
• Analyze market and competitors for new growth opportunities;
• Conduct users' interviews to better understand our persona and deliver value;
• Work with key metrics: CR across all funnel steps, LTV/CAC, as well as overall marketing spend.
• Work in close collaboration with Creative Marketing and User Acquisition.

You'll be perfect if:

• You have experience working as Product Marketing Manager on Web funnels;
• Have hands-on experience in A/B testing and can connect hypothesis to business outcome.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and know how to work with key marketing metrics ( CR, CPA, AOV, LTV, ROI)
• You have experience with Amplitude, MixPannel or similar analytics tools;
• Your see acquisition funnel as a holistic journey that starts from a creative and positive product experience (not just purchase)
• You seek ownership and want to implement your vision end-to-end;
• You have great communication and collaboration skills
• English level is Upper Intermediate

In this role, you will

• Develop a creative marketing strategy for each traffic channel (Google, Bing, Meta)
• Build and manage a creative team, setting tasks for designers and copywriters to create visual and textual content for each platform
• Develop and brainstorm creative concepts, from initial ideation to finalized execution
• Analyze competitors' concepts to generate new ideas and provide creative inspiration for the design team
• Research user behavior and funnels, identifying factors that impact performance and success
• Work closely with the user acquisition team and other departments (analytics, product team, B2B)
• Build and maintain a knowledge base on creative testing, including structured reporting for future reference
• Contribute to the development and optimization of processes for creative production and testing, aligning with the marketing department's goals

It’s all about you

• At least two years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on web projects
• Proficient in working with key marketing metrics like CPA, CTR, and ROI, with a strong ability to analyze data and optimize performance to meet target KPIs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers by creating detailed technical tasks to ensure high-quality creative production
• Proven ability to analyze competitors and market trends, using insights to drive strategic decisions
• Hands-on experience running ad campaigns on at least one platform, such as Google, Meta, Bing, DV360, or TikTok
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools, such as GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Tableau
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a backlog, and coordinate different stages of creative production
• B2 English level, both verbal and written
