Requirements:- Ideally, 1 year of experience in a similar role within an IT company or a strong desire to learn and grow in the field;

Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with Recruiters in the initial candidate search process;
- Work with recruiters to prioritize searches and identify relevant keywords;
- Conduct pre-screening of candidates;
- Utilize ATS and other innovative recruiting tools to review and select candidates for further consideration by the responsible Recruiter;
- Help shape the initial impression of Bitmedia Labs in the developer market;
- Participate in research, knowledge sharing, and the implementation of best practices;
- Consistently achieve performance metrics as outlined in the Scorecard, and defined by the Head of Recruitment.
