Responsibilities:
- Implement sourcing strategies using different channels (telegram, social media, LinkedIn, job boards, etc)
- Search candidates for various IT positions (marketing managers, designers, engineers, project managers, etc) by IT companies (our clients) criteria
- Maintain a talent database
- Reporting on progress
- Analyze the talent market in IT
What we Expect:
- At least 1 years of work experience in IT Research
- Experience in closing marketing, product and technical positions
- Experience with different niches and domains

Requirements
- 1.5+ years of proven experience in Talent Sourcing preferably within the IT or technology sector
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry-specific requirements
- Expertise in Boolean and x-Ray search
- Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni, DOU, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional network
At least Intermediate English (both written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialist and Sourcing Leader to understand specific skill requirements and project objectives
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through online channels, social media, professional networks, and industry events
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and potential candidate pipelines
- Actively seek feedback and stay informed about emerging best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing
Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline the sourcing process for increased efficiency and effectiveness
