Про роль

Одразу чесно: це масовий підбір, не класичний IT-рекрутинг. Ти — двигун вхідної воронки: знаходиш людей, заводиш їх в автоматизовану систему відбору (Telegram-бот) і супроводжуєш до старту. Твоє завдання — набрати команду з 75 креаторів і тримати її склад постійно активним.

Що робитимеш

— Розміщення й ведення вакансій на майданчиках пошуку роботи
— Активний пошук кандидатів: бази резюме, профільні спільноти, фриланс-біржі
— Первинна комунікація: відповіді на запитання, супровід на етапах відбору
— Робота з автоматизованою системою відбору: скерування кандидатів, контроль етапів
— Супровід кандидатів під час тестового завдання
— Щотижнева звітність: кандидати по каналах, конверсія

— Досвід масового підбору, лідогенерації або роботи з великим потоком кандидатів — від 1 року
— Грамотна письмова комунікація: українська, російська
