    Role Overview:  We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to manage our client portfolio, expand service opportunities, and drive the company’s sales growth. This full-time role is a vital part of our team, offering the opportunity to strengthen relationships with current clients, identify new opportunities within the portfolio, support revenue-generating activities, and contribute to the company’s overall growth.

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Drive sales within the existing client base, identifying opportunities to expand services and deepen client relationships
    • Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring timely responses and long-term partnership growth
    • Prepare and send follow-up emails, proposals, and client agreements promptly, streamlining the sales process
    • Launch, track, and optimize internal campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage clients and generate additional opportunities
    • Monitor client accounts and industry trends to anticipate client needs and suggest tailored solutions
    • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in sales platforms (Close.io, Dripify, Apollo, Pitchbook, Woodpecker), ensuring visibility and accountability across client interactions
    • Work with team members to align on client strategies, share insights, and contribute to overall business growth

       

    You Bring:
     

    • Previous experience as a BDR/SDR or in a client-facing sales role
    • A university degree from a recognized institution (preferably business, finance, or related field)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 - Upper Intermediate or higher)

    • Ability to research and secure unique backlinks from real businesses, and communicate directly with webmasters or site representatives.
    • Proven experience in outreach and securing links through direct agreements with websites.
    • Strong focus on link quality β€” we do not accept links from public link-buying platforms. Only unique backlinks from high-traffic, trustworthy sources are accepted.

    How it works:

    STEP 1: You send us a list of unique websites, including the DR and organic US traffic for each one, along with the final price for us (i.e., the site owner’s price + your commission).
    STEP 2: Our CEO selects the sites. You will report directly to the CEO, who will approve the links. About 95% of communication will be with him.
    STEP 3: You coordinate with the webmasters, create content if needed, and finalize the deals.
    STEP 4: We pay you for the approved links (site cost + your commission). Payment can be upfront or after placement β€” whichever works best for you. Normally, we pay once a month, but this can be discussed. Payment is made via private entrepreneur (FOP) without tax reimbursement, as this is a freelance collaboration β€” but we’re open to discussing alternative options.

    Important: We do not pay the webmasters directly β€” this responsibility is fully on the outreach specialist.
