At Redentu, we build custom web and mobile solutions of any complexity - from high-load E-commerce and CRM systems to mobile apps and startup MVPs. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to take on a key role in acquiring new clients (for both Outsource/Outstaff services and our in-house products), as well as building and packaging our brand presence on international B2B platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Outreach & Lead Generation:
•    Identify and target new B2B clients across the US, EU, and other key regions.
•    Execute active cold outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, Upwork, and other B2B channels.
•    Process inbound inquiries and conduct discovery/qualification calls.

Sales Cycle & Deal Closing:

•    Present Redentu’s expertise, custom solutions, and off-the-shelf products to prospective clients.
•    Collaborate with technical and estimation teams to prepare tailored commercial proposals, project estimates, and pitch materials.
•    Manage leads through every stage of the sales pipeline - from first contact to contract signing.

Profile & Brand Optimization:

•    Set up, optimize, and continuously maintain the company’s profiles on Upwork, Clutch, GoodFirms, and LinkedIn.
•    Package case studies, gather client reviews, and keep our portfolio up to date.
•    Refine pitch decks, developer profiles, and sales collateral to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements:

•    Experience: 1.5-2+ years as a BDM, Sales Manager, or Lead Generation Specialist within the IT outsourcing/outstaffing domain.
•    Language Skills: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) English (both written and spoken) is required.
•    Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Upwork and Clutch ecosystems (profile optimization, rating growth strategies, and submitting targeted proposals).
•    Outreach Toolset: Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, automation tools, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
•    Domain Knowledge: Core understanding of web and mobile software development lifecycles and familiarity with modern tech stacks (React, Node.js, Laravel, etc.).
•    Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, strong self-organization, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

•    Experience selling SaaS/ready-made IT products alongside outsourcing services.
•    Copywriting skills in English tailored for cold outreach, proposals, and profile descriptions.
•    Basic knowledge of B2B digital marketing or targeted campaigns on LinkedIn.
