About the Team and Role

This Integration Manager role is about more than technical onboarding — it’s about helping merchants grow with Solidgate from the very first pre-sales call to scaling their payment flows. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, product, and operations, owning the technical side of merchant integrations and shaping how businesses across the world work with payments.

• End-to-end technical onboarding of new merchants, from first integration to go-live
• Ongoing technical support for existing merchants across their lifecycle with Solidgate
• Support for the L1 Support team on technical and integration-related topics

Role Mission

To support the daily operations of a mission-critical trading platform by ensuring stable incident handling, timely response to alerts, and consistent service quality.

You will work within an established incident-management framework, handling operational alerts, following documented procedures, supporting platform stability, and contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes as the team scales.

Working schedule:
 

• 5 shifts per week (Mon-Sun) with rotating shifts: morning (6:00 AM–3:00 PM CET) and evening (1:00 PM–10:00 PM CET).

• Monitor system alerts via Slack and Datadog on a regular basis and respond to incidents according to established procedures.
• Handle inbound calls and requests from platform participants regarding login issues, access problems, and trading interruptions.

• Escalate incidents and issues to relevant internal teams (technical, operations, commercial) in line with defined escalation paths.

We are looking for an Outreach Specialist / Linkbuilder to join the DigitalSuits marketing team. At DigitalSuits, we focus on an inbound marketing strategy to build a strong company brand in the target markets. We combine strategy, content, SEO, and ethical link-building to deliver measurable, data-driven results. Your role is to build and maintain high-quality backlinks that enhance SEO performance and support the company’s digital growth goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Outreach specialist or similar role with a focus on US/EU markets
• English writing skills – B1/B2
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals, link quality, and metrics
• Experience with analysis and optimization tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google - [check] Analytics, Majestic etc. (website analysis, donor selection)
• Ability to evaluate domains for outreach using key metrics (DA/DR, Traffic, Spam Score)
• Ability to create effective briefs and assignments for content writers
• Experience building long-term relationships with partners, webmasters, and bloggers for link placements and publications
• Basic HTML knowledge (page structure, tags, anchor links)
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility

• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze competitors’ links, identify high-quality resources for link building, and track link profile dynamics

   

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing strategies to obtain high-quality backlinks from authoritative and relevant sources
• Research and analyze websites for link placement opportunities
• Evaluate domain quality based on traffic, authority, spam score, and other metrics
• Selection of donor websites according to given parameters (identify and qualify websites with strong authority and relevant context for link placement)
• Search for webmaster contacts and communication with webmasters
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of published links and regularly update the donor base
• Monitor competitors’ backlink strategies and benchmark against industry best practices
• Ensure that SEO strategies are effectively implemented
• Cooperate with other team members to ensure timely content delivery. Preparation and adaptation of content for placement (checking URLs and anchors). Publication control
• Manage spreadsheets and internal databases
• Link Insertion - search for individual donors where we can agree to add a link to our project to existing articles

• Finding new opportunities for free link building

• Experience working with tools for mass mailings and automation of outreach processes
