    Now we’re looking for a Middle Media Buyer who’s not afraid of hard work, loves e-commerce, and wants to take their skills to the next level.

     

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Manage and scale Meta Ads and Google Ads for e-commerce brands.
    • Communicate directly with clients, translating their goals into growth strategies.
    • Analyze data, track performance, and optimize based on unit economics, CAC, LTV, and BE ROAS.
    • Spot trends, gather references, and push for creative excellence.
    • Work systematically, testing and scaling what moves the needle.

     

    Who we’re looking for:

    • Hands-on e-commerce experience with at least 1 year in Meta Ads + Google Ads.
    • Experience with Western markets (US, EU, UK).
    • Strong skills in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, UTMs, and reporting.
    • You can communicate with clients directly in English (both written and spoken) and confidently explain your decisions and results.
    • A data-first mindset. You see patterns, understand cause-and-effect relationships, and make decisions based on data, not guesswork.

    The skills you need:

    • Proven experience in logistic department, preferably in construction, glazing, or real estate industries
    • Spoken English and Ukrainian 
    • Ability to manage customers calls, schedules, and dispatches technicians efficiently, yes you need to communicate a lot!
    • Find solutions to difficult cases, we work with people, everything could happen, and we are able to fix it
    • Work as one team remotely, we use CRM and Slack to be in the loop
    • Basic sales skills and the knowledge of the workflow
    • Product knowledge, services, pricing, and relationships with partners, technicians, and vendors

     

     

    A glimpse of a daily routine:

    • Schedule technicians, matching skills to jobs, and adjust schedules as needed
    • Act as the main point of contact between the company, technicians, and customers
    • Plan and confirm appointments to meet goals, including same-day bookings
    • Address customer inquiries, resolve scheduling issues, and follow up to confirm appointments and collect payments.
    • Maintain accurate records, update sales and payment info, and respond to sales inquiries.
    • Schedule parts installations
    • Send insurance certificates, invoices, job reports, and confirm refunds.
    • Monitor technician schedules, manage time off, and resolve booking conflicts.
    • Gather data for meetings, investigate service losses, and check emails for updates.
    • Report major issues to management and ensure customer satisfaction.
