Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving user incidents: analyzing incoming tickets, live chats, and phone calls, conducting investigations, communicating with users, and fully satisfying their requests. This will take up 60% of your work time;
• Collaborating closely with the moderation team, partners, and customers. This will take up 20% of your time;
• Updating knowledge bases and continuously improving user communication processes. This will take up 10% of your time;
• Preparing reports on user requests. This will take up 10% of your time.

Your main tasks will be:

• Resolving customer requests;

We expect you to have:

• At least 6 months of experience in customer support in English;
• Basic knowledge of working with helpdesk systems (experience with Zendesk chat and ticketing system, as well as phone support);

• Strong communication skills in English, both via email and phone.

We operate a portfolio of operating businesses backed by a private family office. One of these businesses is an active vehicle dealership with regular inventory turnover, reconditioning activity, and an international team.

Year-end taxes and compliance are handled by an external CPA. Internally, the focus is on maintaining clean, current books during the year so management can rely on accurate numbers and the CPA can work efficiently at year-end.

Why We’re Hiring

Day-to-day bookkeeping and expense entry have been handled internally as a temporary solution. While this kept things moving, it is not sustainable and does not provide the level of structure or control we need.

We are now looking for a dedicated fractional accountant to own operational bookkeeping, systematize processes, and keep the books current on a predictable weekly cadence.

What You Will Do

You will take ownership of the operational accounting workflow. This includes running a structured receipt capture and intake process, following up on missing information, and ensuring expenses are consistently coded and posted into the DMS by vehicle and by department.

You will enter expenses on a fixed schedule, reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly, and maintain clean support schedules that feed into monthly reporting and year-end CPA work.

An initial part of the role will involve cleaning up historical backlog from prior periods (catch-up reconciliations, clearing uncoded items, and aligning expenses properly). Once complete, the role transitions into steady-state weekly maintenance.

You will also handle biweekly international payroll processing, including collecting inputs, preparing payroll runs, coordinating payments, and recording payroll entries correctly.

What Success Looks Like

Books are current and reliable, not weeks or months behind.
Reconditioning cost per vehicle is visible and accurate.
Suspense and uncoded balances are minimal and actively managed.
Management can trust the numbers without manual adjustments.
The CPA receives clean, organized records at year-end.

Working Pattern

This is a fractional, part-time role.
Expected workload is approximately 1–2 full working days per week once steady-state is reached.
The initial cleanup phase may require additional hours for a limited period.

    Key Responsibilities
 

• Build targeted prospect lists aligned with our ICP (via LinkedIn, databases, web research, conferences, etc.).
• Initiate contact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels to introduce Natural Links’ services.
• Pre-qualify leads and ensure strong alignment before handing them to the sales team.
• Write and optimize high-quality, unique sequences that resonate with our target audience.
• Develop a strong understanding of our SEO and content services to communicate clear value propositions.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity data in our CRM (Pipedrive).
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
• Research and test new outbound channels to expand outreach efforts.
• Stay updated on SEO, digital marketing, and outbound trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Consistently aim to exceed individual and team targets.

  Qualifications
 
 

• Proven experience in lead generation / outbound sales (experience with high-risk industries is a strong plus).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales processes.
• Strong command of English (Intermediate+).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Snov.io, Apollo, Reply.io, Clay, LinkedHelper, Waalaxy (or similar).
• Experience with CRMs (Pipedrive, Hubspot, Salesforce).
• High level of self-motivation, persistence, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Fast learner, especially with new digital tools and workflows.

• Background in SaaS, Affiliate, or IT sales

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in fraud prevention and risk management in a fast-growing international fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming credit and debit card chargebacks and provide timely responses to payment providers to maximize dispute win rates.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for chargeback representment cases.
• Monitor fraud alerts and vendor risk systems daily to detect potentially fraudulent transactions.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to enhance fraud monitoring and risk mitigation programs.
• Maintain communication with partners and clients regarding the dispute and chargeback process.
• Assist with customer complaints or inquiries related to dispute claims.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, AML/BSA requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Support additional risk-related projects and initiatives as assigned by your line manager.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, or chargeback management.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, card networks, and dispute processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Advanced level of English; additional languages are a plus.
