· 5+ years of deep, hands-on experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET 6+/ .NET Core), with a proven track record of building and shipping complex, distributed systems.
· Expert-level understanding of software architecture. You don't just write code; you engineer systems. Mastery of Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and SOLID principles is non-negotiable.
· Proven leadership and mentorship abilities. You naturally guide technical discussions, make persuasive arguments backed by experience, and are committed to the growth of those around you.
