We're expanding our QA team to support accelerated product development across our career center platform. As we scale our testing capabilities and introduce automation, you'll play a key role in ensuring product stability while helping establish best practices for the growing team.

You'll work alongside our QA lead, contributing to both manual testing and automation implementation as we mature our QA processes over the next 6 months.

Responsibilities

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Execute comprehensive manual testing for bi-weekly product releases
• Test critical user flows and functions
• Identify, document, and verify bug fixes
• Validate partner-specific implementations and configurations

• Perform regression testing to ensure platform stability

   

Test Documentation:

• Write clear, executable test cases for core functionality
• Document smoke and sanity test suites that others can follow
• Contribute to building a structured test case library
• Use efficient documentation methods to communicate test scenarios

Automation:

• Implement automated test suites using Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks
• Build API test coverage
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipeline
• Balance automation priorities with manual testing needs

Collaboration:

• Work with product managers, backend, and frontend developers to understand feature requirements
• Help reduce testing bottlenecks and improve development velocity
• Contribute to QA team standards and processes

Requirements

Experience:

• 3+ years in QA engineering
• Proven ability to perform both manual and automated testing
• Experience writing automated tests with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools
• Strong test case documentation skills

Technical Skills:

• API testing experience
• SQL and database testing capability
• Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Qase, Zephyr, or similar)
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and test automation integration
• Comfortable with developer tools and debugging
