We apply the same principles to our gambling platform and are looking for a  CRO Manager to scale these results.

Your responsibilities:

• CRO strategy planning – user funnel analysis, identifying bottlenecks, building an optimization roadmap
• Independent project ownership – landing page redesign, registration form optimization, testing user mechanics
• Deep behavioral analytics – heatmaps, cohort analysis, segmentation
• A/B testing – experiment design, sample size calculation, statistical analysis, decision implementation
• Cross-functional collaboration – briefing designers on creatives, tasking developers with technical implementation

Projects you’ll work on:

• Optimizing personalized bonus campaigns (similar to Netflix thumbnails)
• Redesigning the homepage for different geo-regions
• A/B testing of registration funnels and onboarding flows
• Thematic campaigns (seasonal, holiday) with measurable ROI
• Contributing to the development of recommendation systems
   

Growth path: 

• 0–3 months: Adaptation to platform specifics and company processes
• 3–12 months: Independent ownership of key CRO initiatives
• 12+ months: Opportunity to grow into Senior PM or Lead roles
   

Ideal candidate: 

• 2+ years of CRO/Product Manager experience with proven results
• Strong expertise in A/B testing, statistics, analytics tools, CSS/HTML/JS
• Experience with high-load products (230k+ MAU)
• Independence in decision-making and project management
• Motivation to grow expertise in the gambling industry
