Business Development Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our recruitment agency and help us expand our client portfolio.

Your main goal will be to attract new clients, build long-term business relationships, and drive revenue growth by selling recruitment services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients who need recruitment and talent acquisition services.
• Reach out to CEOs, Founders, HR Directors, and Hiring Managers.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, networking, and other channels.
• Present the agency’s recruitment services and value proposition.
• Conduct discovery calls, identify hiring needs, and negotiate cooperation terms.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to signed agreements.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track conversion rates.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
• Experience selling recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or other B2B services is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of the recruitment industry and client acquisition process.
• Strong lead generation, outreach, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn and CRM tools.
• Ability to communicate directly with business owners and decision-makers.
• Self-driven, proactive, and focused on measurable results.
• English proficiency for communication with international clients is an advantage.
