This is a senior individual contributor role for a designer with strong product judgment, exceptional craft, and the ability to turn complexity into intuitive, polished experiences used at scale. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join us on a contract basis for an exciting, heavily funded project with one of our core partners. You will be helping build a production-grade, multi-tenant SaaS platform for an Indigenous-owned organization serving First Nations groups across Canada. The platform provides partner management, document storage, compliance reporting, and AI-generated insights—all white-labelled for each Nation.

This project is unique due to its AI-integrated development workflow. The AI toolchain handles 60–80% of routine implementation. We expect you to be highly comfortable working with AI-generated code as a starting point. Your role is to act as an architect and reviewer: AI generates the boilerplate, and you write the complex logic, handle edge cases, refine, test, and ship.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack features using React (TypeScript), Tailwind CSS, and Supabase Edge Functions (Deno).
• Architect and manage multi-tenant PostgreSQL 15+ databases using Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure strict data isolation.
• Manage secure authentication flows using Supabase Auth + MFA (PKCE flow) and per-tenant bucket isolation in Supabase Storage.
• Work alongside autonomous AI agents (e.g., Claude Code Max) that generate CI/CD pipelines, database migrations, and Edge Functions. You will review, refine, and integrate their output.
• Ensure code quality by conducting thorough human code reviews for every Pull Request.

• Maintain and oversee CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions (Lint → staging → smoke tests → prod → automated DB migrations).

Engagement Terms & We Offer:

We're building a cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android) for Bookingagentinfo.com using React Native that connects to an existing WordPress backend. The web product is already live with an established user base and membership/subscription system. The app needs to authenticate existing users, gate content based on membership level, and surface core product features in a clean, native mobile experience.

What you'll build:
- User authentication via WordPress REST API (JWT-based login using existing credentials)
- Membership/subscription gating — different experiences for free vs paying users
- Search interface across a large dataset with filters
- Profile and detail screens
- News/activity feed
- Map-based event discovery
- App Store and Google Play submission

Tech stack:

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience shipping React Native apps to both the App Store and Google Play — links to live apps required

MenuWise is a long-running B2B SaaS platform used by professional kitchens and foodservice operators. We are rebuilding the product with a strong focus on correctness, governance, and long-term system integrity.

This is not a brand, marketing, or consumer UX role.

MenuWise is a New Zealand–based product that has historically grown through direct operator relationships rather than public marketing or social media. We are rebuilding the platform quietly and deliberately before increasing our public presence. This role is about shaping the system itself, not promoting it.

Scope & mandate

This is a full-time role with an initial 3-month systems mandate.

What You'll Do

• Own architecture across the full stack — Python streaming backend, TypeScript platform, GPU infrastructure
• Harden the real-time AI streaming pipeline (chat → LLM → TTS → avatar → RTMP, currently ~4-8s end-to-end)
• Scale concurrent AI video sessions with low latency via LiveKit + WebRTC
• Build the creator onboarding portal and brand dashboards (greenfield Next.js)
• Improve reliability across the platform monorepo (Hono API, React frontend, Postgres/Drizzle)
• Optimize LLM + avatar rendering costs across GCP GPU instances and RunPod
• Design event-driven systems connecting AI responses, video pipelines, and content distribution
   

Build features across:

• AI live casino streams (iGaming use cases)
• AI live shopping streams
• Creator onboarding + IP licensing portal
• Brand & partner dashboards
• Content pipeline + distribution engine
• Analytics and billing
   

Work directly with the founder on roadmap and technical direction. Hire and lead the future engineering team.
