Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Hunting: Identify and acquire high-value clients and ecosystem partners with surgical precision. You don't wait for leads; you create them.
- Deal Architecture: Design and negotiate complex, high-stakes partnership structures that align with our performance goals and long-term vision.
- Whale Management: Oversee the onboarding and initial relationship scaling for our most significant accounts, ensuring a "white-glove" experience from the first touchpoint.
- Revenue Orchestration: Build and lead the sales pipeline, using Ashby and Linear to maintain a data-driven view of our growth and conversion metrics.
- Market Intelligence: Proactively scout the Web3 landscape to identify emerging liquidity pools and partnership trends before they hit the mainstream.
- Cross-Functional Sync: Work directly with the Product and Marketing teams to ensure our sales strategy is perfectly aligned with our technical capabilities and cultural "vibe."
The Requirements
- The "Closer": You have a proven track record of high-ticket sales. You know how to navigate complex negotiations and close deals that others can't.
- High-Level Networking: An innate ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals and key decision-makers in the Web3 space.
- Hyper-Availability: This isn't a 9-to-5. You must be available 7 days a week to close deals across global time zones and capitalize on real-time market opportunities.
- Analytical Rigor: You are obsessed with ROI. You make calculated decisions about which leads to chase and which to sunset based on hard data.
- Web3 Literacy: You live on-chain. You understand the mechanics of digital assets, decentralized finance, and the unique motivations of the modern crypto investor.

- Location: Fully Remote.
- Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to handle global negotiations and 24/7 market cycles).
