SKY SYNERGY SOLUTION is hiring a Sales Manager (US Market)

We work with the US market in the IT sector: developing software, building websites, and helping businesses grow through marketing.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow in sales and earn based on results — not just “work hours.”

Important: This role requires confident English communication (spoken and written), as all clients are English-speaking.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential clients (calls, online meetings)
• Identify business needs and offer suitable solutions
• Guide clients through the sales process to closing
• Gradually contribute to improving sales processes

Requirements:

• Basic experience in sales or client-facing roles
• Ability to listen actively and ask the right questions
• Results-driven mindset
• Confident English (required for communication with clients)

Conditions:

• Schedule: 16:00 — 23:00 (aligned with the US market)
• Compensation directly depends on performanc
