KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product & Website Ownership
• Own the Shopify roadmap including themes, PDPs, checkout,
upsells, and CRO elements.

Funnel & Conversion Optimization

Cross-Functional Execution
• Coordinate Shopify developers, designers, creative strategists,
email/retention marketers, and SEO & paid media teams.
• Ensure clarity, accountability, and on-time delivery across all
initiatives.

Analytics & Decision-Making
• Track key metrics including conversion rate, AOV, funnel drop-offs,
and feature performance.
• Work with GA4, Shopify Analytics, Hotjar / Clarity (or similar tools).

Founder Support & Scaling
• Act as the founder’s right hand in product and execution.
• Proactively propose improvements and new initiatives.
• Prepare the product for scale: new SKUs, bundles, subscriptions,
and international expansion.

EXPERIENCE

• 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or
E-commerce PM.
• Preferred background in DTC e-commerce.
• Experience working with / managing designers, developers, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Experience as a VIP Manager in iGaming of at least 0.5 years; experience working with Casino and Sportsbook; understanding of the player lifecycle (CJM) and retention mechanics;
• Experience with personalized bonuses and VIP clients; ability to work with CRM systems and player analytics; strong communication skills: chat, email, phone calls; fluent English proficiency;
• Experience in crypto casino; understanding of crypto payments / wallets; experience working with high-value clients: VIP / whales; additional languages: ES, PT, AR — a strong advantage;
• Experience in building VIP retention strategies;
• 1–2 years of experience in a VIP Manager role in iGaming; crypto industry experience is a plus.

• Developing and implementing a unified bonus policy across departments.

Who we are looking for 

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong domain expertise in FSM / CAFM solutions and a proven product management background.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, strategic, and capable of identifying product opportunities, operational gaps, and best practices independently — not only executing tasks, but shaping product direction.

We're looking for a structured and proactive Operation Risk Manager who can bring clarity to uncertainty and build a practical risk management system from the ground up. 

You'll work across teams to identify risks, set up processes, track key metrics, and ensure risks are managed before they impact the business.

• Build and maintain a company-wide risk management framework.
