HRAVITY is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team. We are a technical recruitment agency placing Senior+ engineers and tech leaders at product companies and startups across the US and EU. We don’t do volume hiring, we work with small and mid-sized teams who care about hiring quality over speed.
 

Our team mainly works in a full recruitment cycle: from the first call with a hiring manager to an accepted offer. The focus of this role is on driving sourcing and recruitment efforts, as part of a small agile team. Що потрібно буде робити:

• Вести HR-процеси повного циклу (адаптація, 1:1, exit, супровід змін у життєвому циклі співробітника);
• Координувати процес адаптації нових співробітників (preboarding → probation);
• Проводити 1:1 зустрічі, збирати та структурувати зворотний зв’язок;
• Виявляти ризики в командах і допомагати менеджерам знаходити рішення;
• Брати участь у performance review та процесах розвитку співробітників;
• Працювати з HR-метриками (адаптація, залученість, retention, фідбек) та готувати висновки;
• Підтримувати та оновлювати HR-документацію, процеси та політики;
• Працювати з HRM-системою (актуалізація даних, оргструктура, процеси);
• Взаємодіяти з менеджерами як HR-партнер у щоденних кейсах;
• Брати участь у внутрішніх HR-ініціативах та покращенні процесів.

Що нам важливо:

• Досвід роботи в HR від 1,5–2 років (HR / People Partner)
• Досвід ведення та координації HR-процесів (onboarding/adaptation, 1:1 meetings, exit interviews, employee surveys);
• Досвід взаємодії зі співробітниками (не тільки адміністративні задачі);
• Досвід роботи з HR-даними або базовою аналітикою;
• Досвід роботи в компаніях від 100 співробітників;
• Розуміння логіки HR-процесів, а не тільки їх виконання;
• Досвід роботи з HRM/HRIS або таблицями (Google Sheets / Excel);
• Системність у роботі та вміння тримати кілька процесів одночасно.

Коротко про роль: Ми будуємо принципово нову систему навчання — AI-first learning ecosystem, де AI-агенти замінюють ручне створення контенту, а людина залишається архітектором та куратором знань. Ця роль ключова для реалізації всього проєкту.

Ти очолиш розробку та запуск двох AI-систем:

• AI-Tutor — персональний тьютор кожного співробітника, інтегрований у Slack / KissMychat
• AI-Assistant — інструмент L&D-команди для генерації контенту, управління knowledge base та аналітики

Твої задачі:

Продуктова відповідальність за L&D платформу

• Фіналізувати скоуп робіт разом з AI-інтегратором та технічною командою
• Описати user stories, вести пріоритизацію backlog, контролювати якість продукту
• Вимірювати ефективність: completion rate, learning score, adoption metrics

Knowledge Base та контент-стратегія

• Побудувати та структурувати knowledge base компанії (процеси, політики, компетенції)
• Налаштувати процес маркування контенту під ролі, грейди, компетенції
• Забезпечити якість AI-генерованого контенту через процес перевірки та публікації
• Створити та підтримувати learning paths під ключові ролі компанії

Компетенційна модель та розвиток

• Побудувати або оновити модель компетенцій, прив'язану до грейдів і ролей
• Інтегрувати learning score в performance management цикл
• Розробити Readiness Dashboard — інструмент оцінки готовності до переходу на грейд/роль (V2)
• Забезпечити рівневі треки розвитку

Аналітика та insights

• Відстежувати usage analytics: активність, completion rate, якість знань по модулях
• Виявляти аномалії: де знання падають, який контент не працює
• Готувати data-driven рекомендації для бізнесу

• 2+ роки у L&D на рівні керівника/ліда в tech або IT
• Практичний досвід впровадження AI або digital-інструментів у навчання
• Впевнений prompt engineer: щодня використовуєш AI для генерації та перевірки контенту
• Розуміння knowledge base як основи AI-навчальних систем
• Досвід роботи з компетенційними моделями та learning paths
• Вміння писати ТЗ, вести проєкт і комунікувати з технічною командою
• Орієнтація на дані: completion rate, quiz scores, adoption — твоя мова

Nice to Have

• Досвід інтеграції L&D з performance management
• Знайомство з Synthesia, HeyGen або AI-відеогенерацією
• Досвід побудови onboarding-систем на базі AI
