About the Role

We're looking for a Mid-Senior DevOps Engineer to establish and lead our DevOps culture from the ground up in our London headquarters. This isn't just about maintaining infrastructure, you'll be setting company-wide policy, building security-hardened environments, and creating the documentation and processes that will scale with us.

In short, you will be guiding the technical team on how to ensure our Production systems stay robustly online to serve our many customers.

What You'll Build

• Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Architect and maintain our unique infrastructure spanning AWS CDN, bare metal servers, and Kubernetes clusters for computationally intensive facial analysis workloads

What You Bring

• 5+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience, with a track record of building from scratch

We are Performa HR Agency, currently looking for a strong Affiliate Sales Manager on behalf of one of our clients.
 

Our client is an international fintech company operating in the iGaming payments space. The company is building a reverse marketplace model that connects B2B merchants with traders, processing high transaction volumes in India while actively expanding across South and Southeast Asia.

The main focus of this role is to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 service operations while driving business growth in the key market of India.

 What you'll do:
– Proactive search, attraction, and onboarding of new partners (Affiliates).
– Full-cycle negotiations: from first contact to terms agreement and contract signing.
– Develop and scale existing partner base with focus on revenue growth.
– Analyse partner performance: monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports.

 Requirements:
– 2+ years in Affiliate Marketing or Sales.
– Deep understanding of the online advertising market: traffic sources, verticals, monetisation models.
– Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
– English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
– Proactive, autonomous, results-oriented.
– Deep understanding of P2P payments and processing.
