Our partners are looking for a high-energy Head of Sales to spearhead the market entry of our new game portfolio. Your mission is to secure top-tier integrations and drive global GGR growth from the ground up.

 

πŸ‘€ Key Responsibilities

- Execute global B2B sales and entry strategies for our new game titles.

- Close deals with major operators and aggregators (C-level negotiations).

- Define pricing, RevShare models, and lobby placement incentives.

- Recruit and lead a Sales/AM team, setting KPIs for GGR and Active integrations.

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead gen to technical "go-live."

- Act as the company’s face at major events (ICE, SiGMA, iGB).

 

🎲 Requirements

- 5+ years in B2B iGaming sales (Provider or Aggregator experience is a must).

- Existing "warm" database of Tier-1/Tier-2 operators and platforms.

- Understanding of API integrations, RNG, and game math.

- Mastery in closing complex SaaS/content contracts.

- Professional fluency (B2/C1)

- Deep understanding of the Crash/Fast Games market and how to position this content for maximum GGR.

- Successful track record of launching a new game studio from zero.

- Proficiency in BI tools for performance tracking.
