• Build full-stack AI-powered products from concept to production
• Develop high-performance frontend applications
• Architect scalable backend systems and APIs
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents, automations, and workflow tools
• Collaborate directly with leadership on new products and features
• Turn ideas into shipped systems quickly
• Improve internal operations through smart tooling
• Maintain high code quality while moving fast
• Solve problems independently without waiting for instructions

Have 5+ years of real engineering experience

Can build frontend and backend confidently

Want to build meaningful products, not waste years in bureaucracy

Strong Advantage If You Have
